Does your product carry brand warranty or gaurantee?

All our items are obtained from auctions conducted by government agencies therefore none of the products carry neither brand guarantee nor warranty
What is the condition of the products?

All our products are new, unused and some of them are in box open condition as these products are obtained from custom auctions and for product and duty evaluations the boxes are opened.
Do you accept return or refund on the products?

We thoroughly examine the products and also sell them at a very reasonable price. It is our endeavour to provide customers quality product at fraction of the original price. However we do not entertain return or refund on the products.
Can we physically inspect the products?

We are based out of Bangalore. You are most welcome to come to our office to physically inspect the items by prior appointment.
