Shipping Policy

Product will be shipped between 1-3 days after receiving the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items are thoroughly checked and examined. As items are not sourced directly from the manufacturer, they do not carry any brand guarantee/warranty. Also we do not support any return or exchange.

However if you are based out of Bangalore, you are most welcome to physically come and verify the same at our office by prior appointment

Cancellation Policy

Kindly mail your cancellation request to valuetradesales@gmail.com with the bank/UPI detail for the refund to be deposited. If we receive your cancellation request before the shipping of the product, we will cancel your order and refund you the amount to the bank/UPI mentioned in your mail. Incase the order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Also request you to go through our Return and Exchange policy.
